NESQUIK Path to Iran

Nesquik brand offers quick and easy ways to complement the natural nutrition of milk and make irresistibly delicious drinks that kids will ask for every time. Nesquik Powder turns milk into an irresistibly delicious, nutritious drink for your family.

Nesquik is a brand of products made by Nestlé. In 1948, Nestlé launched a mix for chocolate-flavored milk called Nestle Quik. This was released in Europe during the 1950s as Nesquik. Since 1999, the brand has been known as Nesquik worldwide.

Nestle faced low brand engagement because of the low awareness of the category as such in Iran. To much of the target audience, Nesquik seemed like ordinary cocoa powder.


We analyzed Nesquik’s Target Audience and touchpoints and realized that the reason why many people considered the category cocoa powder was in their lack of understanding the difference between the two.



Four MInd Creative Solution

Expanding and explaining these differences for the target audience could be the best way to differentiate these products from each other. So we aimed to introduce the product to the target audience in a vast scale, so sampling seemed really essential.

Before sampling and launching the product in the market, we organized a very engaging launching campaign for the staff and sales representatives to get to know the product better, and to increase their beliefs in the brand they are working for. The sampling teams were also working to sample the staff as a final rehearsal before the grand launch.

Nesquik brand started working in Iran in 2014 by building the company’s production plants in Nestle factory in Ghazvin, Iran. In order to start, products packagings and copies needed to be localized and adapted to Iran local market.

We designed, adapted and produced all required sampling assets and POS materials for stores and for promotions, based on Nesquik guidelines. All the POSM has been produced under Four Mind design, production, and quality control and delivery within the exact timelines, in accordance with RHQ approvals.

The main idea behind this event was to engage customers in purchasing Nesquik and win a gift to memorize their experience.  This event was held in Hyper-me Ekbatan after ten days of promotion. Finished by a performance and gift give away plan.
