Job Description

As a Senior Graphic Designer at Fourmind, you’ll play a pivotal role in crafting compelling visuals for high-impact advertising campaigns. Working closely with the Art Director and other senior team members, you’ll lead the design process, from concept development to final execution, ensuring that each project aligns with client goals and Fourmind’s creative vision.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop sophisticated visual assets for multimedia campaigns, including print, digital, and social platforms.
  • Collaborate with the Art Director, account managers, and clients to understand and interpret project goals.
  • Conceptualize and execute visually captivating designs that align with clients’ brand identities and messaging.
  • Provide feedback and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment.
  • Maintain high-quality standards across all deliverables and ensure brand consistency.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, software, and techniques, bringing fresh ideas to the team.
  • Manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines within a fast-paced setting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, with 5+ years of experience in a professional design setting.
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in brand design, typography, and layout.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate creative ideas and feedback clearly.
  • Strong project management skills, with experience managing design projects from concept through execution.
  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
