Job Description

As a Junior Graphic Designer at Fourmind, you will support our creative team in developing visually engaging content for various advertising campaigns. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or an entry-level designer eager to gain hands-on experience and refine their craft in a dynamic agency environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating visual assets for campaigns, including social media graphics, digital ads, and print materials.
  • Collaborate closely with senior designers and Art Directors to understand project goals and develop initial concepts.
  • Execute design tasks with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining brand consistency.
  • Adapt and resize visuals for different formats and platforms as needed.
  • Keep up-to-date with design trends and tools to bring fresh perspectives to the team.
  • Take feedback constructively and apply it to improve design work.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or relevant experience).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • A portfolio showcasing your creativity and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to take direction and adapt quickly.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and eagerness to contribute to the team’s success.
